如何區(qū)分鍋爐壓力的等級
 
鍋爐按其出口蒸汽壓力不同可分為以下幾類:
(1)低壓鍋爐出口蒸汽壓力小于或等于2.45MPa的鍋爐,其蒸汽溫度           多為飽和溫度或不高于400℃。
(2)中壓鍋爐出口蒸汽壓力為2.94——4.90MPa的鍋爐。我國電站鍋爐現(xiàn)行的參數(shù)系列,中壓鍋爐出口蒸汽壓力規(guī)定為3.83MPa,蒸汽溫度為450℃。
(3)高壓鍋爐出口蒸汽壓力為7.84—10.8MPa的鍋爐。我國電站鍋爐現(xiàn)行參數(shù)系列,高壓鍋爐出口蒸汽壓力為9.81MPa,出口蒸汽溫度多為540℃.
(4)超高壓鍋爐出口蒸壓力為11.8—14.7MPa的鍋爐。我國電站鍋爐現(xiàn)行參數(shù)系列,超高壓鍋爐出口蒸汽壓力規(guī)定為13.7MPa,蒸汽出口溫度為540℃,少數(shù)為555℃.
(5)亞臨界壓力鍋爐出口蒸汽壓力為15.7—19.6MPa的鍋爐。我國電站鍋爐現(xiàn)行參數(shù)系列,亞臨界壓力鍋爐出口蒸汽壓力規(guī)定為16.7MPa,出口蒸汽溫度為540℃或555℃,少數(shù)為570℃.
(6)超臨界壓力鍋爐出口蒸汽壓力超過臨界壓力的鍋爐。水蒸氣的臨界壓力為22.1MPa。目前電站鍋爐采用超臨界壓力多在于25¬——27MPa之間。
